One-time setup before maintenance starts.

If you don't already have a Google Business Profile, or have one that was created quickly and never completed properly, we set one up or improve your existing one for you.

If you already have a Google Business Profile, we check the profile basics first: legal business name, correct category, relevant secondary categories, service-area or address setup, phone, website, description, services, attributes, hours and special hours.

Optimisation.

As part of the initial check on an existing business profile, we look for and improve any areas that are unclear, stale or not making enough of the business.

Weekly profile activity.

A profile needs signs of life. That means regular posts, images and checks spread through the month, not a rush of activity followed by silence.

Reviews handled properly.

Reviews need a rhythm: requests sent consistently, follow-ups diarised, and replies handled professionally. Positive reviews should be acknowledged. Negative reviews need calm, careful handling.

Monthly profile reviews.

We provide you with our monthly review of your profile to make sure it stays accurate and no obvious opportunity is being missed.

Your input still matters.

While much is done for you, it does not mean it's done in a vacuum. We still need real business input: accurate service details, customer contacts for review requests, and images or updates that reflect real work. To help you do this, we give you a dedicated Client Portal that enables you to do things in bulk, which we then schedule to be uploaded daily or weekly into your Google Business Profile.

We keep you in the loop.

We provide you with regular reports on the actions we've taken and the progress made, so you can see improvements in your Google Business Profile's visibility.

We let you know when we need additional photos, and provide one-click post and review approvals in your dedicated Client Portal.
